lol Same here, actually. I'm actually over in my calories today because I had a cookie. And I was over yesterday because I binged... a lot. But... tomorrow's a new day lol
Maybe drink some tea? If you like tea. I hate it lol I'ma have some broth and see if that does the trick.
Maybe chew some gum? Helps sometimes. Or brush your teeth! Nibble on veggies... carrots are good.
But yeah... even after all that, I'm usually still pretty hungry LOL

When I first started out I was always hungry too. My brother told me to eat, never get to that point! I was use to eating large portion only a couple of times a day....now trying to eat throughout the day was tough. Now I eat several times a day and I plan ahead to just incase it sneaks up on me. If I wake up hungry at 3am ( I work most nights) I eat something and sit up until I fall asleep. If not I will toss and turn until something fills my tummy anyway! You dont have to eat a meal just something to curb that crave.0

Generally you should never be hungary on a diet. I'm always usually too full, what you need to do is get the least calorie dense foods. For example, try eating veggies or meats. Usually meats fills you up! But make sure they're trimmed and none processed. Otherwise it'll shoot your calories way too high, or it might have too much salt.0

Yay! I just peeked at ur diary making sure if why u were hungry for eating too little like most ppl on here. And nope ur eating around the same calories as me So, ur def. doin it right! and Yea OMG I always feel so called hungry around the evening time or night time.. And then im stuck like you being like damn BUT I CANT EAT TILL THE MORNING.. You know, just to stay within the calories or alot of times I do go over tho, quick if I give in... HANG IN THEIR YAY! WE CAN EAT 2MORROW!0

If you feel like you're starving you might just be thirsty.... or you really might be hungry and since you don't want to have an actual meal I recommend eating a small something such as 1/2 a cup of yogurt with 1/2 a banana sliced. or a 1/2 a cup of a whole grain cereal such as Kashi go Lean with 1/2 a cup of non-fat milk.
What's my point? If you're starving and it's late a night OR you ran out of calories just eat something LIGHT.
Also remember, the more amount of hours you are a wake the more times your tummy will claim to want food.
Try to go to sleep earlier if you feel like that might be why. I know this happens to me if I stay awake for too long at night.0 -

Too true. You should never feel hungry when you're dieting! Just make sure you get all your nutrients and never go too low on your food intake. Else it could mean your body goes into starvation mode and you would barely lose any fat because your body would cling onto it like no tomorrow. Could also mean that next time you eat a meal it would be directly stored as fat because your body thinks you're dying.
Just a few tips from personal experience!

I'm hungry all the time, i eat my calorie amount, but im always hungry between meals, im used to bigger portions i feel like my body thinks "WTF is this s***!" every time i eat, i just gotta be disciplined0

Break your meals into smaller meals and eat 5-6 times a day. Eat protein, healthy fats and fiber. They fill you up.0

well obviously if your always hungry u r not eating enough. Eat more!! You don't have to starve yourself to lose! Your body is telling u something! Listen to it!0
