For those who like Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches...

1 banana, peeled and sliced
0.5 tbsp of light peanut butter
tsp of fat free milk

1. Put the milk and peanut butter in a cup in the microwave for 15 seconds on high
2. Stir the milk/PB mixture and pour over the sliced banana
3. Enjoy!!

cal...around 150 (depending on your pb of choice, and size of banana)
fat....around 30 (same as above)
