I'm in the market for a personal trainer database or something online that I can sift through to find someone to fit my needs. Please reply with web link. I am serious about getting into shape so that I can eventually meet my grand kids someday.

I am a personal trainer. Your best bet is to hit up ur local gym or google local fitness groups or classes. A lot of times they offer one on one sessions0

I found my trainer at my gym. If you're not a gym member already you can shop around by checking out their trainers. If you are a member, most gyms won't allow outside trainers anyway so it might be hard to bring in your own.0

Good to know. Thank you for your reply.
