whahoo! I ended the day, yesterday, with too many fat grams but under in every other category. I'm ok with being under in carbohydrates because that seems to be the key in my weight gain and I ate plenty of vegetable carbs. I just didn't have bread. Running for 45 minutes helped with the ability to eat!
