Hi, I've been doing cardio and a little bit of resistance training over the last few months but I'd like to start doing proper strength work outs regularly. I'm looking for a DVD so I can check my form whilst I work out and also to keep me motivated. I have dumbbells and resistance bands that I can work with. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Thanks

The Charlean Extreme DVD programme gets generally good reviews.0

A LOT of members here do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It's pretty fun to do. I also like anything by Jackie Warner although that's more strength and Jillian does strength and cardio intervals which are best.0

Jari Love has a great strength training DVD called Get Ripped. She also had several other DVDs in the Get Ripped series. You can find them on Amazon if you want to give them a try!0
