    I tried the Orange but I don't like the taste... The Slimming Leisure 18 Gold coffee mixed with any chocolate drink works for me... But I don't drink it that much cause I am kindda scared what's in it. It will REALLY suppress your appetite. I can go on in a day with only one small meal and that is me forcing myself to eat because I don't feel hungry at all. There are times you know your body is hungry cause your tummy is crumbling but your brain is saying you are full:)) That's a bad thing you shouldn't let your body suffer like that so you have to eat. I was so desperate 2 years ago to lose weight that's why I tried it for a month... I loss 10 pounds in just a month i think... I am only drinking the coffee if I feel like I am always hungry cause there are times that even though I just ate I still feel that I need to eat more... Gluttony mode hahaha.

    Also every time I drink the coffee I always feel thirsty (also the orange juice) so I am drinking a lot of water because of it which is a good thing... I am not sure if the effect is bad so far I am not seeing any bad effect for 3 years now. BUT I will still recommend the healthy eating/proper diet cause you are sure that there's no bad chemical hacking your brain.

    For me its an appetite suppressants. I really don't recommend this even though I am using their product cause they are not very clear with the ingredients on the box and knowing its coming from China... I am not being a racist but from my experience most of their product are counterfeit so I don't really know what's in it... but it works... you just need to be super extra careful... From where I am 1 box is only for $3.
