    Not again...

Thankfully, this can be considered the closer thread to this topic. I have provided black and white proof.

    You are very welcome!

For those of you who do not accept what I am trying to prove to you:

This topic is a knowledge builder and useful filter.... that is all.

If you want to confuse people with your nonsensical ideas like--> 1 pound of fat is equal to 1 pound of muscle, please do it elsewhere. The Nintendo facts are the Nintendo facts. We don't need your kind of so-called scientifically proven wisdom.

:flowerforyou: Have a nice day :flowerforyou:

Holls dahling...I don't think they *quite* grasped the spirit in which this post, and the bouts of sarcasm following it was made in.

*walks in, smiles at OP, reads rest of thread, shakes head, walks back out*

Ok - some people get it. I stand corrected.

You know, I always knew that the education system was going down the crapper but this is getting really annoying.

    Physics people

    1 lb is 1 lb is 1lb

What you're referring to is VOLUME!

Take a chicken breast and put it on the scale and measure to 1lb. Put it aside
Take cotton candy and put it on the scale and measure to 1lb. Pt it next to the chicken breast. You will notice that even though they're both the same weight, cotton candy takes up alot more space compared to the chicken breast.

If you are comparing weight, equal volume is implied. If you're comparing density, equal weight is implied.

The absolute ignorance of someone who would assume we would use 1lb of something in comparison to 1lb of something else, to determine weight...is astounding to me.

Yes, I know the topic was a joke. Yes, I know I will never convince anyone who is incapable of comprehending this fundamental truth otherwise.

    I don't care.
