Fitbit Calorie Adjustment?

I am confused. I put my exercise in manually. I just did 194 aerobics and 178 boxing...so I entered them in MFP..but now I have a calorie adjustment of 429 on my MFP?
So has that doubled what I did? Do I need to delete something?

You don't have to track manually when you use the fitbit.
If you are walking or running, use the fitbit.
If you are doing aerobics or boxing and such, I would tend to use the MFP calculations, but then don't wear the fitbit when you do it.0 -
Oh right, well it roughly worked it out the same. I guess if it does that, I can use the fitbit if its not too much different...I like using the fitbit cuz it ups my steps etc lol0

Then you're set.
No manual intervention required.

Just don't track manually when you wear the fitbit.0
