I went on a machine that measures weight/height/body fat about a month ago and it came in at 17.5% bodyfat. I was hoping to drop that by the end of June but wasn't really sure how easy that would be.
I went on today just to see where I was at and it read I am 12.5% - now that seems really low. I am thin but I don't think I look that fit yet. Still have a slight mamma pouch. I have only dropped a couple of pounds from last weigh in. Just do cardio, Shred and running.
I'm female, 5'8.5", 9st 4 lbs.30 years and it's saying I only have 7.2kgs of fat.
How right are these things? I have found a uni locally that does the measurements so will try and get in with them sometime soon but popping in to local pharmacy is obviously a lot easier.
