My Fruit Salad for Lunch
I used one container of vanilla lowfat, low cal yogurt (80 calories). I chopped up three very large strawberries, six fresh cherries, one whole banana, and mixed with about one tablespoon of cottage cheese. I would have added more cc if I were making a larger bowl. Mix altogether and eat. I ate this for lunch. It was yummy and sweet. I think some coconut would be good in it, but I didn't want to add the extra calories in it today. Fresh blueberries would be good, too, or mango or fresh peaches, or nuts. Not a new idea or very complicated but it was the first time I made fruit salad with yogurt.
