Hi there

Thought I better say hello. Great site, love the food diary, give you loads of information, and a great boost to helping you eat more healthily. Myself? Well slightly over weight, 6' 2" and 17s 1lb before I started eating better at the start of the week. Started using this site 3 days ago and already saved over 3000+ calories, and its not particularly boring eating either. Kicking off the exercise next week cycling to work(13 miles each way) 3 days out of the 5..
Hope to learn lot more and loose lots more too.

    Welcome! I'm pretty new too...been tracking for about 3 wks now. Amazing site!! I still love it! The newness has not worn off yet! It's so easy to find what you're eating and put it right into the diary and the people on here are so encouraging!! Everyone is here to help each other succeed.
