Hi all! I kno this is silly but i have been lookin everywhere how many calories there are in a meatball( fried with some healthy oil)? i guess it is about 50 calories each? Am i right. Thanks!!

Depends on how big they are. I make mine in varying sizes depending on the use.
I always weigh mine and the smaller ones, like 1.5 inch are about 1 oz. I use 93/7 lean ground beef. I actually put my recipe in the system and divide it accordingly.0 -
A 1.5 oz meatball made with 93/7 beef, egg whites and bread crumbs is 72 calories.
Fried I would add 20 cals or so.
