For the most part by staying within my calories.

Stayed within my calories.

Resisted the cupcake. Wasn't even very good.

jogged 3 miles!!!
What would I have done differently?
not ate so many high sodium foods.

day off from excersise so stay within my calorie range for today. And don't drink too many 77 at our weekly get together with neighbors.

Stayed within my calories even though I was PMSing and I was out with my daughter for the day shopping and having lunch at a food court!!!

I would have got some form of exercise in.

Stay within my calories and getting out for some exercise.
