Hi everyone! I just have a trouble spot that I am having a really hard time dealing with. I have had 3 babies. and now as most of us have, I have that little bulge that I hate. I am looking for anyone who has a good exercise to get rid of it. I am not that big a person and I don't have lots to fight with. But it bugs me and I hope to be rid of what I can, by the winter, when I have to wear jeans and all that.. I don't want to buy any new clothes... so anyone please help!!!

you can just do those on the floor if you don't have any sort of bench

unfortunately, there is no way to target fast loss. All you can do is cardio, which will burn fat from you're whole body. and even more unfortunate, those who's middle is their problem spot usually notice that it is the last part to go.0
