Hi I'm new!

Hi, I'm new to all this. I had a beaut baby boy a year ago and was gradually losing some of the 10 kilos I had put on until recently when I stopped breastfeeding. Since then I have put on 4 kilos so I'm nearly back to where I started. I eat healthily, no junk I think I just need to watch my portion sizes, I think. Besides a daily walk I don't get as much exercise as I'd like to. I used to go to the gym and do yoga once a week but have found it hard to get to the gym with the creche closing at midday and with my bubs sleeping patterns. Any suggestions on how to fit it in. I've got some exercise DVDs somewhere too, I guess I should dig them up.
