New to MFP

Started my fitness / weight loss last September. I was 225 when I started and have lost 30 so far. Doing strentgh training as well as cardio trying to gain muscle and lose fat. Found the MFP app for my phone this week and I'm thinking it will help me get the more stuborn fat that keeps hanging on.
