I have been between 115-118lbs for the last 6 years. I last weighed myself about four months ago and was 112 (this was when I was working out all the time and eating really clean). I thought that I had put on a few lbs because I fell off my workout routine for awhile and developed some messy eating habits. I got on the scale today and only weigh 109 (after breakfast)! I have a small frame and so this isn't an unhealthy weight for me but...I need motivation to get back to the place I was a few months ago (3lbs heavier). Should I attribute the loss to decreased muscle mass? I'm confused.

112 to 109 :grumble:  If you are eating maintenance calories, It could be and most likely is water weight. When I do high intensity exercise I hold a lot of water weight. When I rest I drop back down. Your muscles no longer needed to extra stores so it got rid of it.
