Oh No I think I have been on the wrong amount of cals!!!

Hi All,

After reading through some stuff today on the fourm I went back and checked my settings ( i.e weight, how often I workout ect) and saw I had ticked that I wanted to lose 1pound a week which = about .5kg. AARRGGHH - DUH my fault completely for living in the land of kg's!!!!!! I was ( and have in the past ) aiming to lose about 1kg a week.

So since joining on the 1 of May this year I had been about 1500 ( I think) and am now back to 1200 cals which is fine but I feel annoyed at my self that I feel that's why I have only lost .7 the whole time I've been on so far.

SSOO I will keep plugging along - but I just wanted to vent and give myself a kick in the bum for not checking in the first place.

Anyone else had a " Blonde moment" ( I am blonde too by the way ;-) )
