You're body type won't support that.....you're big boned

I HATE when people tell me this stupid line! How do THEY know how small and healthy my body can get? I don't EVEN know....I've been fat my entire life, so who knows.....I might be a lean mean fighting machine under all this blub.....ok rant over LOL!

I know what you mean. I actually have a *very* tiny frame buried in here. It's partly why people can never guess my weight. XD

Differences in bone size/structure are very real but extremely minimal! People act like it would account for an enormous difference in size which it doesn't.

We breed standardbred horses so I have had the chance to see horses from birth until full grown. It is amazing the difference in size of full brothers/sisters but also between foals of the same age. Some put on weight very very easily and are wide chested, some don't put on weight at all and are lanky, some are short and fat, some are short and slim, some are tall and fat, some are tall and slim. Some have 2 tall parents but are tiny things as yearlings, some are a totally different colour from their parents and you wonder where it comes from. They come in all different shapes and sizes and combinations.

BUT we can never fail to get any of these horses into racing condition through monitoring their food and exercise. Racing condition is lean and fit. Doesn't matter if it was a fatty boombalada who put on weight just looking at dry grass or a skinny tall lanky thing that you could only train lightly and have to almost over feed, they can ALL get to looking healthy, fit, muscley and winning races which goes to show that there should be no excuses with people.

Exercise and eat properly according to your size and you can be whatever weight you want to be.
