My first week - add me for motivation/support!

Hey MFP community

So after my first week (I have yet to jump on the scales to see if there is any improvement). I know mentally I've improved, so let's just hope when I get home from work tonight that things have started to change.

In my first week I've worked out not only at a mate's place going through routines and exercises, but I also attended the gym for my first time and had an hour long session with a friend who is a PT.

I've been watching what I've been eating and actually taking note and keeping up to date with the MFP Food and Exercise logs.

I may be new to this and a few things have yet to make sense to me, but I'm sure as hell giving it a go.

If anyone would like add me where we can both motivate and support one another together, that'd be greatly appreciated.
