Lost 34 pounds (pics)

Hey everyone!
I started my journey to a new and healthy me at the end of October 2011. I am over the halfway mark with my weight loss. This forum and the continuous support of my MFP friends have enabled me to finally achieve much more than any attempts I've made in the past. Some of my friends are incredibly inspirational, and others I've added because I value the fact that we share similar journeys. But all of my friends are awesome, so I want to say thank you all!
In short, this is what I have achieved:
- lost 11cm (4.33 inches) around my waist
- lost 15cm (5.91 inches) around my hips
- lost 2cm (0.79 inches) over my bust
- lost 6cm (2.36 inches) around each thigh
- lost 1.5cm (0.59 inches) around my neck
Overall, I've lost 15 kg (34 pounds) and a total of 10% body fat
I am 180cm tall (that's almost 5'11") so my final goal weight is around 67 kg (148 pounds)
I didn't follow any specific diet but tried to double my intake of fresh vegetables (and fruit). I did a lot of cardio and some strength and resistance training. Feel free to add me, but please send me a message too.
