I started out buying a particular pair of jeans, had to wear size 22, they got loose, bought size 20, yesterday I bought a size 18!!! I'm in the teens!!!! That is huge for me, had been to the point last year that I really thought I would never be any smaller than I was then. I have only lost 32 lbs. in over 200 days but it is 32 lbs. I wouldn't have lost had I not found this site and even tried to be accountable. I probably would have gained even more. So thankful for this site and the encouragement! To anyone out there reading this who thinks it can't be done and they are past the point of change, just look at all these amazing people on here who say different!
