Pita Pizza (super low cal and delicious)

1 low fat whole wheat pita
2 table spoons Ragu pizza sauce
sliced vegies (what ever you like on your pizza)
2 table spoons part skim low moisture mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons grated parmasagn cheese

bake at 400 for about 10 - 12 minutes
