    Hi! I´m new, just started today. Don´t feel bad when you get of track. Just pick it back up again and continue. Even when you fall trough once in a while, you´re doing better than if you gave up. As long as you keep fighting. Just pick it back up. :smile:

    Hi! I have had an account for a while, but I never used it until last week so I am new also. I know what you mean about needing to keep track of everything. I have dropped the ball and it has only been about a week! I added the fitness pal app to my phone and I hope it will help me out a bit. If you want to add me as a friend maybe we can encourage each other to stay on focus?:flowerforyou:
