I am thrilled!!! I ate out tonight and walked away under 500 calories for the meal... I had 3 slices of the the loaf of bread, Side Salad (which was huge) and 12 grilled shrimp. I was suprised that it filled me up but it did and I didn't blow my calories out.....

So another weekend goes by and I did wonderful with my plan...WOOOHOOOO

    That is wonderful! Doesn't it feel so much better when you make the right choices!?

    We were on vacation last week, and I did make some not so great choices, but I also made some great choices. It was the first time in a long time that I was really watching myself on vacation! Usually it's an excuse to let loose and just eat eat eat!

    I love Longhorn Steakhouse.............

    I always get steak, grilled shrimp, and steamed broccoli, caesar salad with no croutons and ice water with lemon to drink.
