Up and at the gym at 715 this morning. Bob the instructor was rocking out and I was pedaling like mad. I kicked butt today and feel great as a result.

Just feels good to say it and thank you all for listening.

    Great job! I've been thinking about taking a spinning class. It doesn't look like something I'd like, but you never know.
