changing my ways

hey guys im new to this,
my names becky im 19 andd i live on nw england
downloaded the iphone app loved it so i thought id get chatting too.
really want to start losing feeling abit down after my holiday as the bkini bod wasnt at its best
i ve lost 5 stone over 3 years finding it really hard doing the last bit.
after meeting my new bf we drink far to much but he is slim and can eat drink anything where as i put the weight on.
not doing to bad at the min jsut keep getting pressured into drinking at weekends really my main downfall
currnly weight 10.6stone
5ft5 height
im aiming to get down to 9.5 stone
im pretty muscular for a girl as i work out loads so deffo the eating side. been usingthe food tracker tho and its fab relised id only been allowing myself 400-500 calories a day before it,
any tips welcome guys

We have similar stories about previous weight loss - congratulations on achieving so much!
Tips... I'm not too sure. Maybe tell the people you're with about your long-term goals and ask them to be a little bit more mindful of that when you're out at weekends, drinking etc. The support of friends and family can really help you0
