Summer Challenge

I would really like to start a summer challenge! Starting tomorrow and ending in August! I have to get in shape for my brother's wedding, so this will be the perfect motivation! If you would like to participate just list your starting weight (todays weight or last weigh in), and goal weight! I would say we can weigh in on Saturday mornings? So it will give us about a week from today!

    I'm in. I need something. will it end august 1 or august 31?

    also I'd like to add fitness to my goal if that's ok. I've been a sloth since the 1/2 marathon in the beginning of May.

    starting weight 164,
    goal weight 155
    fitness a 3 mile run 3 days a week & weights 2 days a week.

    I'm in too, I need to start doing something, I have a wedding in October that I'm in.

    I'm weigh 139
    Goal weight 110

    I'm only 5'2 so I know I have to much weight on me.

    My brothers wedding is in October too! But this will go until the end of August. I will set up a spread sheet on a google doc and send everyone the link through this thread!!

    I am in! I weighed today for the first time in a long time and am at my highest weight! I need some help and some motivation. All the weight I lost 2 years or so ago is back plus more...

    I need to be accountable to someone, I think! So I'm in:

    CW: 141 (according to my mother's scale)
    GW: 130

    About 10 weeks... I don't think that's too ambitious. I won't always be able to weigh on Saturdays, because approximately every other week I'll be out of town for work, but I'll catch up on Mondays during those weeks.

    I'm in need of something to keep me going! I also would like to give any support to you all that are in weddings or the brides! I lost 4 sizes before my wedding and gained 6 lbs back after the wedding. Need to get back on track! Please Feel free to add me! I need support also!

    Definitely new here and to counting calories. Would love to join and be inspired and possibly inspire others. Have always liked working out but have recently added cardio and the dreaded word diet to my routine. Dieting is soo hard for me, how do you guys pass up sweets haha?

    Goal weight 170? (I just want to finally have a 6 pack! lol)

    I just heard about the Fitbit...really thinking of ordering one. Cant really afford it, but I think that, plus the price will help me keep motivated :)

    Hey everyone! So to weigh in, all you have to do is come to this thread and post your weight for that week. I will then take your weight and enter it into the spreadsheet, and then post the link to the chart, where you can track your progress and all the other participants! :)

    So as of right now, I have everyone that has posted on here added to the spreadsheet. I'm sure we'll get some more before the first weigh in, but we are all in it as of now!!

    Hi there, could I join too please!

    I have no particular event that I am losing weight for - just want to look and feel better in general. My name is Lisa. I had a baby 6 months ago and now feel ready to lose my excess weight. I started diet and exercise yesterday.

    my current weight is 154 and I would like to get to about 134. 10lbs by August 1st. 20lbs by October 1st.
