    You could try soaking the oatmeal in apple juice for a few hours, and drain before using in this recepie - it will soften the oatmeal and sweeten the pancake.

    Also, try popping the frying pan under a hot grill to cook the top side. This saves the mess of flipping! :bigsmile:

    PS - If you don't have dogs who love raw eggs, what do you do with the yolks? Any Yolk recepies?
