Quick question...

What kind do you snack on. Looking for something lower in calories. Suggestions, please. :)

    Almonds, Cashews and Pistachios each have 160 calories per ounce. That one-ounce serving amounts to 24 whole almonds, 49 pistachios or 14 walnut halves

    I eat Almonds :)

    I love pistachio's and cashews. But more than any nuts I snack on sunflower seeds already out of the shell.

    I make my own mixed nuts. I use cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds and brazil nuts. When I eat them I have a handful. It's about 20 of them. The count on here I use says mixed nuts 26 pieces.
    I also use pistachio nuts. I eat 15 of them because that's what the count on here says.
    I also use pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds that are already shelled.
    I switch them up depending what I feel like that day.
    Most days I have one of them.
