Suggestions on Strength Training

Hey,

I wonder if anyone could suggest a program I could follow to do some strength training. I am still overweight but feel ready to include weights into my workouts. I do Body Pump once a week when I can make the class but i'd like to do more when i'm at the gym (and its more convenient for myself).

All suggestions are very much welcome.
