Low calorie, Vegetarian, Pizza

Thought this was something that I could share with everyone, being as though the calorie content isn't very high and it's rather filling... well I find it rather filling anyway.
I also cook it the night before and take it cold to college for a packed lunch =)
Enjoy.

1-Warburtons, Soft White Sandwich Pitta
1 tablespoon-Napolina, Double Concentrate Tomato Puree
2 tablespoons - Water
25 g (1/4 of pack)-Quorn Pepperoni Style Slices
26 g-Mu Mature Cheddar Cheese

Mix one tablespoon of tomato puree with 2 tablespoons of water, then spread evenly across the pitta bread.
Spread 20 g of cheese over the pizza base add the quorn style pepperoni pieces and add the rest of the cheese.

Cook on 200°c for 10 minutes
