Morning Everyone! Hope you had a GREAT weekend! This week we are going to try and tackle this clean eating concept... so the challenge is to eat 100% clean food on Tues, Thus, and Sat... on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun focus on WATER. WATER. WATER. Now that we have been doing these challenges for awhile we need to start making this a lifestyle change, not just a weekly challenges... so focus on breaking your day into 5-7 small meals, drinking LOTS of water, and get active!!!

    Hey! I've been trying to eat clean for the past 2 weeks....it hasn't been everything but i'm slowely changing several things and eating more fresh products and proteins.
