Okay, well, I almost gave up on everything today. It seems I've lost my drive to really eat right. I don't really care to reach my goal anymore and I can't seem to rekindle any of what I had before. Maybe, my undoing is my obsessive nature and how restrictive I've been with myself. I find that I still want my goal but not as badly as I once did. People tell me all the time that I'm thin enough and they dont see anything wrong with me.(I'm a size 10 right now, but I want to be a size 6). I'm tired of counting calories and trying to reach my expectations.I'm tired of trying really hard not to eat what I want because it is not healthy enough or too many calories. I want to drop the fat but I can't seem to recover my drive to do right with my diet or truly want my goal. What do I do?( I still workout by the way, that I can't seem to give up)

Maybe ignore what other people are saying and reflect on what YOU really want. Try to remember why you started this in the first place, and how far you've come. Is it worth giving up? Maybe try taking the focus of reaching your goal for a while and focus more on being healthy, making yourself feel good and enjoy yourself while still exercising and eating right. You've lost 15lbs already, which is awesome, so you know you can do it.

A lot of people make the mistake of starting a weight loss program, and cuttin gout everything they enjoy because its not "good" food. If you are having trouble sticking to your program because you are feeling deprived and stricted, then try adding some treats into your week. Either fit them into your day, or work out so you can "earn" them.
