I have come to the conclusion that I have stalled my weight loss because I can't figure out healthier choices for items I grew up eating...So I'm wondering if anyone can tell me some items you have swapped for your old staples. Like for example I know alot of people now use greek yogurt instead of mayo in creamy salads.

Wakers Baked crisp rather than full fat. Bran flakes with Hazenut milk is yummy rather than crunchy nut cornflakes and full fat milk0

I swapped nothing really. I found ways to make the foods I like more healthy namely lowering the sodium levels.0
