I am relatively new to MFP, but it has been such a great tool for me to use. As of this morning I am half way to my goal. I would love to post a before and after facial picture, but not sure how to do that in this post so I have included the before and after in my profile. 89lbs ago I was not in a position to take a body picture, but I did this morning and in 80lbs I will post my before and after body picture. If anyone would like some support or would care to support me on the rest of my journey, please drop me a line. :-)
