that is currently Over weight, meaning 30 or so pounds,
Someone Obese
Someone Morbidly obese..
what would you say?
This is w/o fear of hurting feelings, or getting hurt or anything like that.. just something you have learned so far that you would want to say to someone. Just curious.

Nothing.
I would not start a conversation about their weight with them. If they wanted to talk about it then I may decide to give my experiences and theories of weight loss, and my successes and failures. Generally speaking, talking to someone about their "issues" (whatever they are) has a negative effect on them.
edit: reread the question and assuming that they are NOT going to get hurt feelings:
* Most people fail at losing weight
* Weight loss is the perfect example of effort in, results out
* If you are not confident in succeeding, you are guaranteed to fail
* I lost weight 22 weeks in a row by eating the same thing every day.0 -
I don't mean you are actually gonna go start a conversation.. I'm just saying.. hypothetically.0
