Once again - starting over.

Sorry if this is a repeat.
I wrote it once and it disappeared - don't know what I hit, but it seems to be gone.
I lost 60 pounds 3 or 4 years ago, and with one thing and another, I've gained it back.
So here I go again - a repeat offender.
Biggest challenges:
1. Not eating all the time
2. Staying faithful to my regiment
3. Getting to bed early so that I have energy after work to go and work out
4. STAYING POSITIVE - keeping the happy energy going.
Its a life change. Its a new outlook. Its a new life.
