Scared

Hello Everyone out there in My Fitness Pal.
I have just joined and put in my first entry. I am little scared because I haven't tried anything like this although I have always wanted too. I always wanted to be that person who can count calories easily and lose weight. I want this to work so I am asking if anyone can give me tips or their own personal wisdom of how they have continued logging every day. Thank you.

    I joined a little skeptical, but it works. The encouragement from MFP friends, logging food, being motivated to exercise, it just works. I lost 5.6 pounds my first week, just because I was finally moving, and I feel great.
