I just got a Fitbit and was wondering if any of you linked Fitbit and MFP. If so, how does it work and do you have any advise? I appreciate any input you may share, thanks!

    You can do it right from this website, just hit tools and then the fitbit. It will walk you thru it.

    Thanks for your reply. I wasn't concerned about set up, but more how do they work together. I wanted to know what changes there will be to my MFP account.

    MFP will use info from your Fitbit to log activity. It will also use the info to adjust your calories allowed per day. It's nice after a active day to see the adjustment and know you can consume more calories. :)
