This is my first time sharing my fitness plans and goals with anyone and I'm trying to keep an open mind despite my apprehension. I also starting running in the last two months and have enjoyed making progress and am striving to run a 5k in July. I have been happy with my progress and have had a great support system of friends and family. I am hoping to meet some new people and surround myself with motivation. :happy:
