I'm looking for any ideas for quick and healthy lunches. I am allergic to nuts. Any new recipes or ideas are welcomed. Trying to follow 1500 calories a day

    For a quick meal I get Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals.

    I only get the meals with the lowest sodium, calorie and carbs.

    I also have sandwiches on lower carb, calorie breads, 1 slice of meat and cheese but lots of lettuce and tomato and skip the mayo and mustard.

    For lunch and dinner 2 of the following:
    - any steamed veggie
    - rice
    - chicken breast
    - turkey wrap with only lettuce, tomatoes, and 1 slice of cheese on a wheat wrap
    - salad with no or light dressing
    - tunna with crackers with no mayo
    - wheat pasta

    » tofu noodles w/ light alfredo sauce, baby spinach and mushrooms
    » egg salad/tuna salad sandwiches on Ezeikle Low-sodium bread / or Sara Lee 45 Calorie a slice Whole Wheat bread
    » low-sodium soup
