New here!

Hello everyone! I'm new to the site and just recently (as in today) started really tracking my caloric intake. P.S. - if you read my diary for today I've actually eaten quite a bit more since I didn't have to work, which I tend to do on my days off so don't hate on me too much. Today is also my rest day from exercise. My goal is basically to just tone up and add a little bit of muscle mass.

I'm currently in phase 3 of P90X2 which I do at least 6 days a week, sometimes every day of the week. I also throw in a couple of HIIT sessions throughout the week. I also just ordered a polar heart rate monitor to better track how many calories I burn during each workout (which I've been interested in finding out for a while now).

So I'm excited for what this site has to offer and I look forward to using it :).
