HELP LADIES!!! Trouble Spots - Inner thigh

I keep trying to find exercises to help get rid of a little fat i have on my inner thigh. it looks really gross and it rubs together when i walk. It's only obvious if i wear really short shorts, but i know its there and it really bothers me. The rest of my legs look great, but i can't get rid of it!!! . its on the inside about 1-2 inches below my pelvic region. I feel as if i have tried everything!!! Does anyone know of anything that I could do to reduce/get rid of this? its really annoying and unattractive. Please help. thanks a bunch!! :flowerforyou:

  • You can't spot reduce, the best advice I can give is to cut down on carbs, sodas because they cause cellulite, and start running. It help for me to lose my thighs a bit.

    Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat. Where you lose fat first/last is mostly genetic. Just continue to eat at a deficit.

    Pretty sure no foods cause cellulite and that it's a genetic thing... if you have it, then you have it.. and if you don't then you don't. You can make it more/less apparent by gaining/losing fat, but no specific foods cause it.

    To OP:
    Strength train.. Squats/Lunges will work the legs, and combined with a calorie deficit will help lose the fat.
