Hi Everyone,
I'm new here..i've on and off tracked with other sites (spark people, live strong, etc) but I can never seem to stick to it for very long. I think tracking is the key to success since its so easy to underestimate how much you're eating. I'm 23 and just graduated from college..now I'd love to lose the 20 pounds that have accompanied my degree. I'm trying to cut back on the alcohol and late night dominos (not socially acceptable anymore?) as well as doing some form of exercise everyday.
Anyways, just looking for some friends to help keep me accountable, and i'd love to help others too!
