How do even you log it? I went out to eat last night, got home and ended up puking. Not by choice, obviously, but I'd still like to know what to log.

Well..... I probably wouldn't log it then since it didn't stay down.

Look, one day of incorrect logging isn't going to make you gain 100 pounds. Just because you aren't logging anything today doesn't mean you are failing.

I feel like if you are worried about the number of calories you consumed after you threw up, you are becoming a little too obsessed with things.

Don't worry about it, just start logging again tomorrow.

Yep. One day is not a big deal.
