ladies knee fat and inner thighs

Does anyone else have that podge around their knee? So your legs look good until you get to the knee and theres a poodge there that doesn't budge?

Also it seems no matter what my inner thighs do not slim up at all. My outer thighs have and I have a new muscle on them but the inner thighs are unchanged. It's really annoying. I run 3-4 days a week and do exercises for them and they don't even build muscle.

    Age. I'm 42 and fighting every step of the way. The knee thing I don't have. The thigh thing I do. And I run 3 days a week 3 - 4 miles. I'm on the elliptical 2 days (~4 miles). I bike one day. Even mixing it up my thighs want to rub together.

    Alas, my thighs, they are my friends no more.
