Ex-WW needed change

I lost 30 pounds on WW last year but for the last 6 months nothing . . . I kept thinking I needed to follow the plan as if it were the first time I had seen it but I could not get it going again so it was time for a change. I was not sure what I wanted to do and one day I stumbled on to this site. It has been a week of counting calories and looking at the breakdown of what I eat and I am addicted. Right now my goal is to weigh 170 pounds and currently I am 197. WW is great but making the change just made me pay more attention and I have lost 3 pounds this week and am excited about my journy for the first time in months!!! I am very, very active.
