Just an introduction.

Hey everyone, I am one week new to this site, and have lost one pound already. I work on my feet full time at a restaurant, where it is challenging not to bring home food every night. So far I am so inspired by the success stories I have read here so far, and am looking forward to interacting more with everyone.

Height: 5'4"
Starting weight: 145
Current weight: 144
Goal: 110 to 115

What kicked off the process for me was a two-week trip to Paris, France, in the middle of May, during which I walked so much around the city that I actually lost five pounds, down from 150 to 145. I wish all initial weight loss could be that scenic.
