A bit confused

Today I stepped on the scale for the first time this week and it says I've burned about 7 lbs is that possible?! If so will it keep up at that rate? I've been doing 2 hours of cardio a day (one in morning one at night) which is 7-10 miles a day and daily weightlifting (work a different muscle group every night?

Great loss for ur first week. Unfortunately you always lose big the first week or so but its probably mostly water weight. It would be impossible to sustain that kind if loss every week, it'll probably settle down to a 1-3lb a week depending what u have set ur deficit at.0
